Some questions you may ask:

1. What is my order tracking number ?
We send you the tracking number via email within 3 days after you place the order. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk folder or contact us.

2. The tracking result is empty, it does not show anything. Why ?
The reason is - it is too early. After we ship out the package, it will be put into shipping company warehouse for some hours. They will make records and scan. Please track it again after 1-2 days for DHL or EMS and 2-4 days for HK or NL Post .

3. The package status did not update for some days, what is going on ?
Please be patient, it takes time for shipping company to record the tracking information to the system. Please track it again in some days later. For DHL or EMS, the tracking information should be updated very quickly.
