1.What about the quality of your products?
Dear friend, you nearly can not find faulty or defective products from our packages, we only send high quality products.All the products are checked and tested carefully to make sure they are in good condition and working perfectly! Quality is a matter of reputation,we strictly control the quality very well.
2.How long is the warranty?
The warranty is about 30 days, but we can offer much longer time for large quantity. We highly recommend that you test and check the products within 2 weeks, and tell us the testing result.
3.What we do if I find bad quality or defective products?
If you find bad quality or defectives products, you can ship it back to us for replacement. But it must comply with our return policy. Please ship back the products in the same condition as we delivered, and we are sorry to tell you that you have to pay the shipping cost for return, then we pay the shipping cost for re-delivery.
4.What about the shipping terms? the shipping method and risks?
Well, the packages will be shipped out within 1-3 days after we received the payment. You can choose DHL,UPS,EMS and Hong Kong Post as shipping method. The shipping cost will be calculated when you place orders. We assure the packages are shipped to Hong kong custom, and we will take all the responsibilities if the parcels are damaged or hold in China custom. However, we are sorry that we will only do our best to talk with the shipping agent if the parcels are damaged or hold in your own custom.
5.Do you accept Paypal ? I prefer to pay via Paypal.
