New Customer Guide:

1. How can I become a member of your store?

You can click "register" to apply an account. Please type in your name, address and telephone number. These information is required for shipping. After your registered an account, you can buy the products you need and edit your account information.

2. I forget my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, please contact us. We will check your account and send you a new password.

3. How can I place an order?

You just add the items you need to your cart, and go to checkout. Please type in correct name, address and telephone number so that we can successfully send the packages to you. You can choose shipping methods and payment methods.

4. What is the minimal order quantity?

The minimal order is $100. Some personals don't have repair skills, they easily damage their phone, finally they cliam its our bad. So to avoid this issue, we limt $100, just working with repair shops or big wholesalers.

5. Do you do free shipping?

Sorry, shipping is not free because free shipping does not have tracking number, it may cause package lost or missing. Many customers complaint about it. So,we only ship packages via DHL, UPS, EMS express or Registered Air Mail. If your order amount is over $8000, we can do free shipping via DHL.

6. What is the shipping fees?

Shipping cost is depended on what you ordered. We can not calculate the shipping cost if you do not tell us the items and quantity. And shipping cost is different from country to country.

7. Do you accept credit card payment?

Sorry, we don't accept credit card payment currently, but can register an Paypal account by your credit card and pay via paypal.

8. How to make the payment?

After you place an order, you can follow the procedures to make the payment. If you choose Bank Transfer or Western Union, please send us the receipt after you pay.

9. When will you ship my order?

Generally,the package will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment received.

10. How can I track my order?

After we shipped your order, we will send you a tracking number, you can track it on express website.
